Add a floating help button to your site. It opens a tidy FAQ panel with the questions and answers you write in the app, with room for about 50 typical questions and no branding on your site. Visitors can search once you have five or more questions, filter by category (such as Shipping or Returns), and open one answer at a time or several together. Web addresses you type into an answer become clickable links, and line breaks are kept. Add a "Can't find your answer?" button that opens an email, phone, text message, WhatsApp link or any web page. Choose the panel title, a custom button text instead of the question mark, the colour and the side of the screen. Show it only on certain pages, hide it on others, or limit it to phones or desktop. Link any button or text on your site to #open-faq to open the panel. It works with the keyboard (Tab stays in the panel, Escape closes it), reads correctly for right-to-left languages, and everything runs in the visitor's browser. If your site already uses Google Analytics or Tag Manager, panel opens, question opens and contact clicks are sent to it as events. This app does not store any visitor data and does not add search-engine FAQ markup.
