Hotel & B&B Booking System puts a room booking calendar on your site, so guests book and pay you directly with no commission. It suits hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses and small inns, in your site's currency and time zone. Set up a room type such as Double room with four identical rooms. Guests pick dates and party size, see the price for the stay and book one or more rooms. Offer rates next to the standard one, such as Bed & breakfast with a price per guest and night or Non-refundable at a discount. Add seasons, weekend prices, minimum stays, long-stay discounts and a deposit or full payment through your checkout. The dashboard opens on today: who arrives, who leaves and who is staying, then a room-by-room grid of the next two weeks. Each room has its own calendar link, so you can share your bookings with Booking.com, Airbnb and other channels, and read their calendars about every 15 minutes. Extras such as parking and a tourist tax line are included in every plan. Pro adds a pre-arrival email, a search across room types and a cleaner calendar. The guest widget follows your site language in nine languages; the dashboard is in English. Online payments need a Premium plan.
