Community Forum & Q&A is a forum and discussion board with categories, search that includes replies, and a page for every discussion that holds the first post and all replies, so the answers your members write can bring new visitors from search engines. Google's Rich Results Test reads an answered discussion as a valid Q&A. Turn on Q&A mode and the person who asked can mark an accepted answer; unanswered questions have their own filter. On a store, shoppers can ask questions right on a product page and the answers stay. You stay in control: a spam filter, an approval queue for first posts, pinned and locked discussions, moving and merging, visitor reports and member bans. Members sign in with your site's member login, guests can post with a name and email if you allow it, and followers can be notified of new replies through your site's automations.
