Each product gets a clear status (out of stock, reorder now, reorder soon, healthy or overstock) with the reasoning shown: "Sells 4.7/day, 2 days left, 10-day lead time + 7-day buffer, reorder 236 now." Add your suppliers and their lead times, and the reorder report groups everything to buy by supplier with suggested quantities and costs. Turn it into purchase orders in one click and download a PDF to send. Orders on the way count as incoming stock, so nothing is suggested twice. When goods arrive, receive them, including partial deliveries, and Foreshelf adds the units to your stock. A short email each morning lists what is out of stock or needs ordering now.
