HeardFrom asks your buyers one question on your thank you page right after they order: how did you hear about us. Each answer is stored with the order it came from, and your dashboard groups them so you see which channels bring your orders. You write the question and up to eight answers, and buyers can type something else if none fit. Written answers are sorted into channels by a keyword matcher inside the app: no AI, nothing leaves your site, and nobody is asked for personal details. The report shows responses, share and attributed revenue over the last seven, thirty or ninety days, or all time. Revenue appears only when a period is in one currency, because adding currencies means nothing. There is no download button: your answers sit in your own CMS, where you export them. Once your site is published you add the survey to your thank you page with one button, and the app reads that placement back and tells you if it is really there. It is a plugin, not a native section: it takes a colour and layout you pick in your editor and looks close to your theme, not identical. It is free, with no paid tier, no cap and no upgrade prompt, and you can delete every answer whenever you like.
