Yamato B2 Cloud and Click Post CSVs, built from your orders
No spreadsheet step: pick orders, pick a carrier, download
Checks names, addresses and postal codes before download
Recipient data stays in your browser - never stored or sent
Shipping within Japan means retyping every address into Yamato or Japan Post. This app reads your unfulfilled orders, checks them, and builds the CSV your carrier imports.
- Yamato B2 Cloud: CSV in the published 97-column layout, with waybill type (prepaid, collect, Nekopos and more) and Cool service.
- Click Post: the 8-column bulk application CSV.
- Checks before download: postal codes, phone numbers, unprintable characters, names or addresses that are too long.
- Tracking numbers back to your orders: load the issued-data CSV from B2 Cloud, compare the pairs, then mark orders fulfilled. Needs the Manage Orders permission; runs only after you confirm.
- Private: files are built in your browser. Recipient names, addresses and phone numbers are never stored or sent.
Good to know: the screen is in Japanese. B2 Cloud needs your own Yamato contract; Click Post does not. The tracking import follows Yamato's published layout and is not yet tested with a real B2 Cloud account. The buyer may get a shipping email when an order is marked fulfilled.
Free: 30 orders a month. Pro: $9.99/month, unlimited.
