Isaac was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and timely! His design looked very professional and he did a great job integrating the information I gave him with his design expertise. The interaction as we made final edits was also great, and he set me up for success, making sure I had tutorials on how to manage the new website (and of course he also let me know how he could be available to help in the future if needed!)...
