Wix- The business practices that Zoek is conducting is unlawful and for anyone who is looking to build a website, or have any services related to your website by Zoek. PLEASE AVOID ZOEK.
I made a mistake of giving them my Credit card information, and they have charged me$ 6,800.
Please do not give them your financial or credit card information, as they will charge you with and hold your money hostage without finalizing your project.
Ive had a terrible experience they charged my card without authorization $3,830 for SEO Services without having finished my website which they charged $1,999.00 back in May of 2023.
If you are looking to get a solution, or a real representative on the phone it will be daily battle.
Wix, and others please avoid working with ZOEK. It has been a nightmare for me calling and emailing them every day trying to find a solution.
Nathan refused to provide me detail of itemized charges, and my website it still not complete nor did I authorize SEO.
My experience with Nathan Ward and Management team was awful. They really are all about collecting your money and could care less about customers. I've never dealt with such an unethical company, and business practices.
