They were able to fix an issue with my blog very quickly, and they also gave me a discount, since it was a pretty quick fix. They were easy to work with and communicate with, and it took less than a week... to resolve the problem!

I had the pleasure of working with Rick. He was very kind and understanding of my situation and made every effort to solve the issue and calm my nerves. If you are having to deal with expert level problems,... then they charge up to $500. But the good part is that the are willing to negotiate with you on that price if it is not affordable to you. I am very very pleased with the help I received and highly recommend working with them!!

We hired Digi Tech to develop a registration form as part of the purchase checkout process on our website, and I am very happy with their expertise and customer service. I found Digi Tech responsive... and flexible given the tight timelines of the project and they were able to consult, develop, troubleshoot and deliver with breakneck speed.
