Nial’s team built my website from a figma design and throughout the process he was highly engaged in communicating with me, and was very professional. Initially they did great! I worked with Peter and John and they were great to work with. Then the project got moved to Daniel. He hardly communicated anything, with me, and when he did he was rude. I suspect he was rude because I had to email him at least twice a week for a status update on what was being done with our site.
When the work was done, I was rushed to review everything on the site, and constantly contacted by them to leave a review. My initial review was great. However little did I know, the circumstances would change.
When the project was finished, I later found spelling mistakes that was being sent out to customers, like the name of our website. I contacted John and Peter both by phone and email. John said they would fix it, and they never did.
I also am having problems loading videos on my website, and they have not fixed that either. I never have heard from them since. I even had told them I was looking for an ongoing partner to do continuous web maintenance....nothing from any of them.
I would not recommend Strugbits as their post-project follow through leaves much to be desired. It says a lot about a company when the project is "done" and something is wrong, and they won't follow through....
