This process took much longer than agreed, the pro stated 4-8 weeks, it been over4 months. The communication with the team was terrible. I paid $2,000.00 in full did not question the cost because the outline of services appeared great on paper, however when it came time to work the person I thought was doing the work then brought in 'his team" well I had to tell the designer what to do by every detail, IM NOT THE DESIGNER. There was no creativity and limited design ability offered. I hired this PROFESSIONAL because I wanted an advanced, beautiful and eye catching website optimal performance that would attract more customers. I did not want just wix templates (as I previously had) and I definitely did not have the time or advanced skills to give each detail of how it should look and what the capabilities should be. I communicated several references of style, functions, purpose and detailed description of what I needed from my site, as asked. This job was thrown together with mediocre skill and effort and the owner , whom I originally started the contract with, was supposed to give me a tutorial on functions, upkeep, etc. and he rushed through the site and brushed over errors and concerns. The team would not show for zoom meetings or cancel after scheduled time. I was patient because I have had some schedule conflicts myself and can understand sometimes things happen. He stated we should reschedule another time to go over more, im totally disappointed and frustrated with the whole deal and my site. I was told my dropshipping site and website would be merged seamlessly and at the last minute he just added it on the home page so now there's no "Home" page tab to go back to. I'm not a web builder therefore I don't know everything to ask for optimal function, this is why I hired a professional. I also feel that the "Designer " is supposed to offer creativity outside of what you can do or ask for. The design was lacking most elements I referenced, limited. I had to reach out several time for a response , I feel like I totally wasted my money! TERRIBLE!...
