Quality of work fair, communications very poor, delivery time worse. I payed her $250 for work I didn’t ask for, changes I asked for were never completed. Follow up was non-existent. She got her money... the first session.

Cost and... Redesign: As you mentioned, I charged $250 for the work that was initially requested, and I also took the initiative to completely redesign the dated site you were using as well as offer a free logo design which (a total value greatly exceeding your charge) as a courtesy. The redesign was offered with the intention of enhancing your overall experience and delivering a more modern and functional website.
Completion of Requested Work: The work you originally requested was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. We made every effort to ensure that the deliverables were in line with your requirements and expectations.
Additional Assistance: I understand that you sought further help a few weeks after the project was completed. Unfortunately, during that time, I was on vacation, which may have caused a delay in my response. As soon as I returned, I promptly contacted you back and provided the necessary assistance. I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
Follow-up and Support: I take customer satisfaction seriously, and I genuinely care about the success of the projects I work on. As evidenced by my detailed instructions and follow-up to your questions, I did my best to illuminate any confusion and provide the support you needed.
To provide a clear timeline of the project:
Project Commenced: May 30, 2023
Initial Update Published: June 1, 2023
Second Update Published: July 10, 2023
I want to express my regret if any aspect of our collaboration fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously strive to improve our services. Melisa turned our website out faster than we projected and answered every call. We were under a lot of pressure to get it up in time for the gyms grand opening and there was no way we could have done it... by ourselves.
