Mango Digital stepped in to help me extremely customize the check out of our Wix website. There was some learning curves along the way for both of us, but through the entire process Thomas was receptive to what I needed the site to do for my business. I recently engaged Mango Digital, a Wix partner, for assistance in building my website, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the project seemed promising with the owner, Thomas, personally scoping the project. However, it soon became apparent that he lacked the necessary experience, leading to a significant underestimation of the project's scope. This inexperience resulted in each of the four milestones being extended beyond the committed schedule. At every milestone, Thomas requested additional funds, stating that he had miscalculated the scope and could not adhere to the signed contract. This pattern persisted throughout the project, culminating in a 40% increase in budget and a 50% overrun in time. As a Wix partner, I expected Mango Digital to have a thorough understanding of the environment and to provide more accurate project estimations, especially after agreeing to a fixed-price contract. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Due to these reasons, including the lack of adherence to the agreed-upon terms and the significant budget and time overruns, I cannot recommend Mango Digital as a reliable partner for website development....

We acknowledge the need for better communication and more accurate project estimations. Mango Digital recently rendered a cell phone version of our website (www.mayabags.org). They did an excellent job. Also, I enjoyed working with their team, finding the designer and the project manager responsive and talented. The cost of the overall project was reasonable and I definitely recommend them....

Mackenzie did the finishing touches on my site which made everything work. The work was excellent. I felt there was a lack of a personal touch though. I was not appraised right away of when she would get started, and there was no closure in the end. She was just not there anymore....

We hired Mango Digital for the SEO start-up package, and we're very happy with their service. They are attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping start-up companies get traffic to their site. They even provided content writing to drive traffic to pages on our website. We already see new traffic, and clients are finding us easily. 5 stars all the way!...

Thomas and Mackenzie at Mango have been incredibly helpful. From the first consultation I was impressed with the clarity in communication, speaking in a manner that was understandable, and a genuine willingness to help me feel as a valued member in the process. Once my growth marketing specialist began working with me she quickly got to know about me and my business priorities and went right to work. Mango Digital was able to accomplish more in three days of working on my website and SEO than I would've been able to learn how to do on my own in three or six months. I would highly recommend their services and am grateful that Wix recommended their company to me for SEO optimization....
