I recommend Fjord Social Inc. for website design because they take the time to create the final product their clients are actually trying to create. I am not a "computer savvy" person, so a huge part of my websites design was created with usability for me as a business owner. At the end of the design process, I met with Colby and she trained me on use of my website, plus, they are always available for on-going support. I loved working with Fjord because of how involved they made me in the creative vision for my website. Colby and I met and she listened to all of my goals and beliefs surrounding my work. I received a "prototype" which we then fine-tuned. They were open to all feedback and just wanted to create the perfect end-product. Once I gave the final approval the website was built. It is user-friendly for my customers and user-friendly for me. They whole process of design and creation was so patient. I took my time on a lot of things and Colby and their team never rushed me, she went above and beyond in helping me navigate pieces that I found challenging (like setting prices!) and always checked in to see how she or the team could be helpful. Highly recommend....
