I reached out to Felicia after receiving a few potential WIX support emails. I had attempted to do my website on my own but I ran into several glitches when I got close to publishing it. Felicia offered a free Zoom meeting to discuss the project and frankly this was the reason I choose her! To be able to see someone and explain to them where I was in the project was very important to me. Felicia helped me to see what the next steps were and how to best accomplish the tasks at hand. She was responsive to questions asked and did a couple training sessions on how to manage things myself in moving forward. Finding Felicia was not too difficult, although there are many, many others that will advertise this help then solicit you miserably until you choose them. I am SO GRATEFUL I chose Felicia, she and I hit it off immediately- and her skills are tremendous! She taught me what I needed to learn, and then video taped the session so I could continue to use as a reference! How Helpful! She also set up areas, very quickly within my website, that I would not know how to do, nor need to know, just has to be done. So she would do that work very quickly while I watched, and again that would be recorded as a reference! I HIGHLY recommend working with Felicia- She is a lovely person to work with. Highly skilled and knows the content exceptionally well!
